Do you work for more than one company? If so, how do you make it work? I used to think working for two companies was a lot, but guess how many I am with now...? I'll give you a hint, it's more than four and less than six. You got it! I work for 5 online teaching companies! I know what you're thinking... This girl must have lost her mind! Somewhere along the way, I believe that may have happened in a sense, a least fragments of my mind- gone! So now, the burning question... "How on earth do you work for FIVE companies?" I will gladly let you in on how I piece that puzzle together. It did take some initial figuring out and before that, there were some double bookings. Oh no!! So, I definitely had to figure something out and fast! I am happy to share my personal secret on how to make this happen. You're welcome. 😉🤣 1. Work for one company in the earlier mornings (I am talking crazy early mornings, when pretty much everyone else is asleep). 2. Try for a different company in the evenings. 3. You have the opportunity to work during the day with a company that allows for this (like Outschool or Cambly). What a nice change from working solely in the early mornings and doing overnights! 4. There is the option to have a different company scheduled for the weekends. 5. Short notice can be an option! I know with VIPKid, you build your followers. If you have a decent following, this may boost your short notice bookings. Kaching! Bonus extra $2 per class when you have a short notice booking with VIPKid anyways! WOOHOO! 6. (Special BONUS tip because I care: relax and give yourself a much needed break every now and then. Your students will still be there when you get back!) Feel free to check out my YouTube video and my Podcast episode on this subject and if you feel that this could be helpful for someone you know, I would love for you to give it a share. I love helping others, and if there is something that can be done to help someone, by golly, I want to do all in my power to make it happen! Let me know your thoughts!
